General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

West: S. Colorado Blvd. from E. Hampden Ave. to E. Quincy Ave. to S. Holly St. to E. Dry Creek Rd. to S. Yosemite St. to Lincoln Ave.
South: Lincoln Ave.
East: Peoria St. from Lincoln Ave. northerly through Centennial Airport to E. Belleview Ave. to S. Yosemite St. to E. Hampden Ave.

Additional Requirements:
- Space must be contiguous and located on a single floor. Bifurcated space cannot be considered;
- Space must be located in a prime commercial office building or office park with professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use;
- Space must be located on or above the 6th floor of the building above street level;
- SCIF space must be designed and built to meet all ICS/ICD 705 standards in addition to meeting all local codes and lease requirements;
- Structured parking beneath the building or tenant occupied space CANNOT be considered. Structured parking adjacent to the building is permissible;
- Minimum drop ceiling height is 9’0”;
- The true floor and true ceiling must be concrete slab;
- Offered space must not have significant design constraints (irregular shapes, large columns, tight column spacing, etc.);
- Offered space will house approximately 70 employees;
- Offered space must be capable of meeting the FSL Level 2 security requirements.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance or 0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year”/“500-Year” floodplain).
