The purpose of this Amendment is to add the updated Davis Bacon Wage Determination for El Paso County Colorado. The wage

determnations are CO20220022 dated 6 May 22 and CO20220002 dated 24 Febuary 2022. The revised Price proposal is applicable is due 23 May 22 by 0700 AM CST



**01/31/2022 - Amendment #4**



1. The purpose of this amendment is to revise specification sections 01 84 00, 01 86 10, and 01 86 13.



2. It also reissued the specifications and drawings in their entirety to correct the solicitation number on those documents.

This office hereby issues Request for Proposal (RFP) for CONSTRUCTION OF A HIGH BAY VEHICLE MAINTENANCE FACILITY, at the Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, Colorado. The solicitation will close 19 January 2022.



This solicitation is RESTRICTED TO SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) PARTICIPATION ONLY. All contractors must be registered and have an active and verified account in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award from any DoD activity. Contractors may access the Internet site at: https://www.sam.gov/ to register and/or obtain information about the SAM program. Contractors must ensure that the applicable NAICS code 236220 is included in their profile prior to submission of offer.





SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) REGISTRATION:



Please be advised of on-line registration requirements for Contractor Registration and for Representations and Certifications Application which are now located in System for Award Management ‘SAM’ database athttps://sam.gov/. The representations and certifications section in SAM are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete. The electronic annual representations and certifications are effective for one year from the date of initial submission and expire on an annual basis from the update to SAM.



The estimated construction cost of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.



Site Visit



Site Visit is set for 12 January 2022, the offerors wishing access to the Base for the site visit must be vetted by Base Security prior to the site visit.



Therefore, all participants must provide the following information to the Site Visit POC NLT 10



calendar days prior to the scheduled site visit:



a. Name of Contractor.



b. Names of each individual.



c. Social Security numbers for each attendee.



d. A second identification, i.e., driver's license number and state.



Note: Any site visit requests submitted less than 10 days prior to the site visit cannot be accepted, the attendee will be denied access to the Base and will be unable to attend the site visit.
