Additional Requirements:




  • Space must be contiguous on one floor.

  • Public parking must be available within two blocks of proposed location.

  • If space is offered above the first floor a minimum of two elevators are required, one of which may be a freight elevator. One elevator must be able to accommodate a piece of equipment that weighs 800 lbs.

  • Interior elevator dimensions must be a minimum of the following dimensions:

    Height = 9’

    Width = 4’ 11”

    Length = 6’ 7”

  • Elevator door must have a minimum opening height of 7’ and width of 3’ 5”.

  • Shatter resistant window film that is 8 mil thick shall be installed.



Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
