REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS
The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is issuing this source sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in, and the resources to support this requirement for The contractor shall furnish labor, parts, supplies and equipment TD 100 Tee Probe Disinfector necessary to provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and periodic preventive maintenance inspections for the equipment listed below. Equipment is located at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center, 1700 N Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045. This is for the Rocky Mountain Regional Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Replacement Facility located at 1700 N. Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance.
This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a solicitation. The contractor shall provide tools for the TD 100 Tee Probe Disinfector (serial number 10401321 and 1040998) test equipment, service manuals or service diagnostic software for schedule and unscheduled maintenance. The contractor shall obtain, have on file, and make available to its FSE's all operational and technical documentation (such as; operational and service manuals, schematics, and parts list) necessary to meet the performance requirements and repair of the medical equipment. A reference list of applicable service manuals and their respective locations shall be provided to the Biomedical Engineer upon request.
BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES OR PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION, and multiple awards MAY be made. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
