All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.

The applicable NAICS code is 561210 - base facilities operation support services. The Government anticipates a competitive 8(a) acquisition. The proposed contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract for a one-year base period with four one-year option periods.

The requirement is to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform the base supply management functions. The 10th Logistic Support Squadron and Logistics Material Management Flight (10 LRS/LGRM) is responsible for stocking, storing, issuing, managing, inventorying, shipping, and inspecting DoD supplies, equipment, munitions, and fuels for USAFA mission requirements supporting the Cadet Wing. 10 LRS is the primary liaison between customers and the Air Force Global Logistics Support Center. Logistics Support Services include management of supply, munitions, fuels, HAZMAT, and readiness.

The current Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached for reference only. Comments and/or suggestions on the PWS are encouraged and requested to be included in your capabilities package. The Governments intent is to update the PWS prior to solicitation incorporating appropriate recommendations.

Requested Information:

1. Address past performance to include how those efforts relate to this requirement with regard to the PWS.

2. Does your company have a Secret Facility clearance?

3. Identify if your company is domestically or foreign owned? If foreign owned, indicate country of ownership).

4. Objective and subjective performance evaluation criteria?

5. What evaluation criteria do you recommend and why (be as specific as possible)?

6. Identify any major performance, schedule or cost risks anticipated?

7. Would a site visit help you more accurately quote on this requirement?

8. What contract transition activities do you anticipate and how long of a transition period is required? Are there issues obtaining the required equipment to perform the services?

9. If you require different terms and conditions than those normally used by the Government, what are your commercial terms and conditions? Please feel free to provide a copy of your terms and conditions for this type of work.

10. Comments/recommendations for improving or clarifying the draft PWS.

11. Any other comments/recommendations the Government should consider?
