Description

The 21st SFS `has a requirement for extended warranties for ION Scanners currently owned by 21 SFS that enable the unit to meet regulations and effectively search vehicles for explosives and narcotics when certified Military Working Dogs (MWDs) are not available. Please review all attachments for full details and submission instructions.





The warranty for the Ion Scanners will provide the following:



On-Site Service coverage extended hours and weekends 24hrs.



Typical Response Time: within 24Hrs



- Includes all Labor, Travel Time and Travel Expenses



- Includes all Replacement Parts required



- 24 hour by 7 day Call Center Support
