This is a pre-solicitation for a Base + 4 year IDIQ for Propane Delivery to Fort Carson and Pinyon Canyon Maneuver Site. The requirement is to continuously refill propane storage tanks that fall below a specified threshold. There is also a requirement to conduct minor repairs on tanks as necessary.
