SUBJECT: Sources Sought for Portable Sanitation Services at Piñon Canyon Maneuver Site Colorado
The USAF Academy 10th Contracting Squadron is requesting information from potential providers of Portable Sanitation Services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562991, Septic Tank and Related Services, and the small business size standard is $9 million.
This Sources Sought is issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with FAR Part 10. USAFA has a service requirement to provide approximately 40 portable toilets and 15 hand washing stations and 2 300 gallon grey water tanks for Cadet Survival Training at the Piñon Canyon Maneuver Site near Model, CO during the summer months. The contractor shall stake to the ground or otherwise secure each unit to prevent units from falling over in the wind. The contractor shall clean and stock each unit one to three times per week, dependent on location, to maintain sanitary conditions and present a clean and neat appearance. The attached Statement of Work draft dated 9 March 2023 provides specific description of the requirement.
The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. This announcement is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or to award a contract. At this time, USAFA is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals.
Interested and qualified sources are requested to submit the following information to this office by electronic mail by: 23 March 2023 at 03:00 PM Mountain Time.

(6) What are your standard commercial practices for pricing, quality control, terms and conditions relevant to this requirement? Please feel free to provide a copy of your terms and conditions for this type of work.
(7) What comments regarding the proposed Statement of Work can you provide to more align this requirement to industry standards?
