Description

The US Government seeks to lease approximately 35,000 Sq. Ft. of office, warehouse and service space suitable for administrative, training and equipment maintenance within the City of Pueblo, Pueblo County, CO, or within a 50 mile radius. The surrounding space should be approximately 2 acres in size and suitable to accomodate privately owned vehicles and with the ability to securely store military equipment or vehicles. One parcel is preferred but alternate sites can be considered. Ideal location will allow for a single occupant. Final site selction will be determineted, among other things, by the availability to satisfy the Government's requirements and which is most economically advantagous to the Government.



All utilities, real estate taxes, insurance, trash removal, cleaning services, snow removal, and grounds maintenance must be included in the proposed rental costs. Offered space must meet the Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The lease terms will be for one (1) year with an option to extend for up to four (4) additional 1-year terms.



Expressions of interest should include the buidling name and address, location of space within the building, rentable square feet offered, a site plan and floor plan for the offered area.
