BLM-CO BURRO MINE NATIONAL REGISTER NOMINATION

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance FAR 12.6 RFQ for completing the Burro Mine National Register Nomination in accordance with Attachment 1 - SOW BLM-CO NATIONAL REGISTER NOMINATION.

Basic Contracting Requirements:
1. Active registration - www.ipp.gov
2. Invoicing and payment - www.ipp.gov - 30 day prompt pay
3. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Item
4. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures
5. Total Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 541720 - Size Std: $28M
6. Service Contract Act Wages - San Miguel County, CO
7. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price
8. CRUP - Must be able to quickly obtain a Cultural Resource Use Permit for the Tres Rios Field Office.
9. Award Basis: Best Value with Trade-offs - Technical and Past Performance when combined approximately equal to Price. May not be the lowest price.

Minimum Requirements for Responsive Quote:
1. Filled out, priced and signed SF1449
2. Technical Response showing how your quote meets or exceeds all specifications.
