Update to DRAFT Solicitation Posted on 30 Oct 2022 under Special Notice FA2518-22-R-0023, Innovation, Integration, and Information Support (3IS) III.

1. The Government anticipates releasing the final RFP after the holidays and on or about 4 Jan 2023.

2. The Government also anticipates giving Offeror's 30 days to submit their proposals.

3. The list of documents posted on 30 Oct 2022 under Notice FA2518-22-R-0023, Innovation, Integration, and Information Support (3IS) III includes the most current DRAFT RFP versions. The Government will post updated versions with the final RFP first week of Jan 2023.

4. This Notice of Proposed Contract Action is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a request for proposal. This Notice is not a formal solicitation. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Notice, nor otherwise pay for information which is submitted as a result of this Notice.

In accordance with FAR 5.203, the Government hereby publicizes a Notice of Proposed Contract Action for the Innovation, Integration, and Information Support (3IS) III to provide support to STARCOM units located at Schriever Space Force Station, Colorado (CO), six geographical separated units, plus, USSPACECOM and SSC Elements. Services will encompass support to Test and Evaluations, Wargaming, Advance Training and Exercises.

The Space Acquisition & Integration Office (SAIO) at Schriever Space Force Station (SFS), Colorado intends to solicit this as a competitive 8(a) proposal to provide non-personal services to support Test and Evaluations, Wargaming, Advance Training and Exercises. Awarded contract will be single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contact with Firm Fixed price (FFP) and Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) task orders. The IDIQ will have a 5-year Base Ordering Period with an Option 2-year Ordering Period.

Current Contract is IDIQ with an Ordering Period ending 30 June 2023.

Contemplated award is 1 Aug 2023 with Task Order 0001, 30-day Transition In (first task order 0001, minimum order).

The pending Final RFP will be conducted a competitive 8(a) using FAR Part 15.3 procedures.

NAICS Code is 541715, Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology) with a 1,000 employees small business size standard.

The formal RFP and any amendments will be distributed through the sam.gov website under Solicitation Number FA2518-22-R-0023.
