Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held in-person Thursday, February 16 th from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at 3482 N. Broadway, Boulder, CO 80304 in the North Sundquist Building, Baltic Room. The meeting will be hybrid; organizations may also attend virtually. PLEASE CLICK ON THIS LINK to register to attend virtually and receive a link to the meeting. Providers who have previously contracted with BCAAA are encouraged, but not required to attend the Pre-Proposal Meeting. PLEASE CLICK ON THIS LINK if you have previously contracted with BCAAA and are unable to attend the meeting. Proposals from NEW organizations not represented, in person or online, at the mandatory, pre-proposal meeting will not be accepted. We will go over the technical, on-line aspects of completing a proposal so please bring a laptop to the pre-proposal meeting if attending in-person. |

1.Purpose/Background
The mission of the Boulder County Area Agency on Aging (BCAAA) is to deliver, fund, and advocate for services that promote well-being, independence, and dignity for older adults, people living with disabilities, caregivers, and veterans in Boulder County. BCAAA practices a strengths-based and solutions-focused philosophy toward strategic planning and service delivery, and encourages the same in our providers.
2.Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting
A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held in-person Thursday, February 16th from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at 3482 N. Broadway, Boulder, CO 80304 in the North Sundquist Building, Baltic Room. The meeting will be hybrid; organizations may also attend virtually.
3. Written Inquiries
All inquiries regarding this RFP will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 5:00 p.m. Friday, February 17, 2023. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than Tuesday, February 21, 2023. Do not contact any other county department or personnel with questions or for information regarding this solicitation.
