Purpose/Background

Boulder County Public Works is seeking bids for reinforced concrete pipe as shown on sheet #10 of the plans and to also include the delivery of the pipe. The reinforced concrete pipe is to be delivered to the Boulder County Walden Ponds Transportation Facility, Attention Jeff Carr, at 3897 N. 75th Street, Boulder, CO 80301. Delivery is requested as near to September 18, 2023 as inventory will permit.

Written Inquiries

All inquiries regarding this BID will be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. May 30, 2023. A response from the county to all inquiries will be posted and sent via email no later than June 1, 2023.

Submittal Instructions

BIDs are due at the email box only, listed below, for time and date recording on or before 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on June 8, 2023. A bid opening will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. via Microsoft Teams. Please click on the link in the bid document or use the call-in number. A copy of the bid tab will also be sent to all who have submitted a Bid. Vendors must answer whether line-item pricing information submitted with a bid is confidential or closely held.
