Note: A mandatory in person pre-bid conference will be held on November 30, 2022, beginning at 10:00am at 606 S 9th St, Grand Junction CO, 81501in the Mesa Conference Room. The meeting is to provide a brief overview of the project and to answer question from the prospective bidders. Bids will be accepted only from pre-qualified bidders who attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting. |
