The Contractor(s) shall provide all materials and labor to satisfy the Town of Windsor’s need for portable toilet services as describe in Appendix A. The services will require the Contractor(s) to partner with and cooperate with the ordering agency to make sure the Town receives the most current state-of-the-art services.
