REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Sealed proposals for a Municipal Water Rate Study will be received in the office of the Public Works Director at the City Service Center, 110 West Progress Circle, Cortez, Colorado 81321 until 3:00 PM local time on Thursday, February 2, 2023.

The City of Cortez is inviting a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Municipal Water Rate Study to include, but not limited to, items listed in Section 1.3, Scope of Work.

Proposals shall be submitted in writing and signed by the proposer or his duly-authorized agent. All proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked on the outside with “PROPOSAL – 2023 MUNICIPAL WATER RATE STUDY” and with the name of the proposer.

The City reserves the right to waive any formality or any informality in the process of awarding this proposal. The City reserves the right to accept any proposal, in whole or in part, and to reject any or all proposals if it be deemed in the best interest of the City to do so.
