The purpose of this Request For Proposal (RFP) and accompanying specifications are to provide instructions and assistance in submitting an offer to provide up to four (4) On-Airport ground transportation concessions in the terminal building at YVRA. Routt County is seeking proposal responses from various ground transportation operators for a five-year period commencing May 1, 2023.
