The purpose of this Request For Proposal (RFP) and accompanying specifications are to provide instructions and assistance in submitting an offer to provide herbicides for Spring 2023 application for the Road and Bridge Department Weed Division. The objective is to issue a Purchase Order by March 28, 2023 with receipt of all herbicides on or before the week of May 1, 2023. Arrangements shall be coordinated with the Routt County Noxious Weed Supervisor prior to delivery of products.
