Facility Asphalt Repair & Overlay Project
The Snake River Wastewater Treatment Plant, an Enterprise Fund of Summit County Government, is currently soliciting proposals to provide its treatment facility driveway and parking lot areas with asphalt repair and overlay of approximately 70,000 square feet. or by a sealed, hardcopy delivery mailed to the attention of Josh Johnson at: Snake River WWTP 4344 Swan Mountain Road Dillon, CO 80435 by 2:00 pm Thursday March 16, 2023. Proposals received after 2:00pm, will NOT be accepted.
At said time and place, all accepted proposals that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who best meets the requirements of Summit County and the public interest.
Summit County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities or informalities, and to conduct such investigations or negotiations as it deems necessary to select the most responsible and responsive proposal.
