Facility Asphalt Repair & Overlay Project

The Snake River Wastewater Treatment Plant, an Enterprise Fund of Summit County Government, is currently soliciting proposals to provide its treatment facility driveway and parking lot areas with asphalt repair and overlay of approximately 70,000 square feet. A full Request for Proposals and description of the work to be provided can be obtained at www.co.summit.co.us/Bids.aspx . All bids must be titled “2023 Asphalt Repair & Overlay Proposal” and shall be electronically submitted to josh.johnson@summitcountyco.gov For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. and kirsten.norman@summitcountyco.gov For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. or by a sealed, hardcopy delivery mailed to the attention of Josh Johnson at: Snake River WWTP 4344 Swan Mountain Road Dillon, CO 80435 by 2:00 pm Thursday March 16, 2023. Proposals received after 2:00pm, will NOT be accepted.

At said time and place, all accepted proposals that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who best meets the requirements of Summit County and the public interest.

Summit County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities or informalities, and to conduct such investigations or negotiations as it deems necessary to select the most responsible and responsive proposal.
