The City of Commerce City is seeking a qualified contractor to construct 2023 Bridge Maintenance, Project No. 2023-09-PW. All Work must be completed within 180 days of the issuance of a Notice to Proceed.

Bids will be submitted to the “Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System” website ( http:/www.rockymountainbidsystem.com ). Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. MDT, Tuesday, March 07, 2023, at which time bids will be downloaded and read. Bidders are invited, but are not required, to attend the bid opening. Bid opening to be held at the Public Works Service Center at 8602 Rosemary Street in Commerce City, Colorado. Bidders are invited, but are not required, to attend the bid opening.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be will be held at 10:00 a.m. MST, Thursday, February 16, 2023, at Municipal Service Center, 8602 Rosemary Street, Commerce City. Bidders not represented at this site visit will not be allowed to submit bids.
