The City of Commerce City (“City”) seeks proposals for the provision of Fence Installation at Buffalo Run Golf Course services (“Services”), on a non-exclusive basis, as set forth in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”).

The anticipated start date is 4/7/2023. The term is for a 120 day period; project must be completed within 120 days of the start date.

There will be a non-mandatory site meeting starting at 9:00 a.m. at Buffalo Run Golf Course, 15700 E. 112th Ave. Commerce City, CO 80022 on Wednesday, February 15, 2023; meeting to begin at clubhouse.

Questions regarding RFP requirements must be received by Paul Hebinck, Golf Manager in writing at phebinck@c3gov.com by 5:00 PM MT on Friday, February 17, 2023. Oral and late questions will not receive responses.

Sealed bids containing the information required by this RFP, in the format described below, must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. (MT) on Friday, February 24, 2023. Proposals shall be submitted EITHER in a sealed envelope plainly marked “Request for Proposals: Buffalo Run Golf Course Fence Installation Project” on the outside of the envelope, OR electronically to PRGsubmissions@c3gov.com . Paper proposals must be submitted, either in person or via delivery to:

It is the sole responsibility of each Respondent to ensure its Proposal is received by the City by the date and time stated in this RFP. Late Proposals will not be accepted.
