Pre-Bid Meeting:
A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. at City Hall located at 110 Main Street. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting, however attendance is not required to be able to submit a bid.

. The cutoff date and time for questions is Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to contact Jim Willis at (970) 542-3987 to verify receipt of questions. Based upon such inquiry, the City may choose to issue an Addendum.

Bids must be properly signed, and any bid addendums acknowledged, by an authorized representative of the company with the legal capacity to bind the company to the contractual agreement. In addition, the authorized representative's signature of the Proposal assures the company's understanding of the City's Procurement Policy. Only Bids properly received will be accepted.
