SOQ-22-003; Theater Production and Event Partners
The purpose of this Solicitation is to pre-qualify theater companies (Vendors) to work with the Town of Parker’s Cultural Department on future event and theater co-productions. These events/productions include but are not limited to: One-time public outreach events and projects; short-run student matinees; plays; large-scale musical productions; and more. Examples of past theatrical co-productions include: Shakespeare soliloquies (cast of 2) during a school festival; a 3-show run of Dragons Love Tacos (cast of 4) for summer BASE camp kids; a 3-week production of A Streetcar Named Desire (cast of 10); a 4-week run of Clue (cast of 6) in our 200 seat Schoolhouse Theater; and a 4-week run of The Sound of Music (cast of 30) in our 534 seat PACE Center theater. |
