The City of Steamboat Springs is soliciting statements of qualifications from qualified Construction Management (CM) consultants/firms to provide construction management services for the construction phase of selected projects in the City of Steamboat Springs’ 2023 annual Capital Improvement Program. The consultant/firm will be assigned a project (or projects) for which they will be responsible to provide construction management services. A precise work scope and fee will be determined on a project-by-project basis once the preferred consultant/firm has been selected as part of the Request For Qualifications.
