Invitation to Bid

Sealed proposals for the Town of Breckenridge Upper Flume Drainage project shall be received electronically by the Town of Breckenridge, a Colorado municipal corporation, at websiteclerk@townofbreckenridge.com , until 5:00 pm local time, on March 13 th , 2023. The Town of Breckenridge reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein.

A copy of the contract documents may be obtained from the Town of Breckenridge Engineering Department beginning on February 17 th , 2023. An optional pre-bid meeting shall be held on March 1 st , 2023 at 10:00 am at 1095 Airport Road, Breckenridge, CO 80498.

The project primarily consists of:

Drainage work to correct existing drainage issues by establishing two new drainage swales in Breckenridge, CO. Work includes clearing & grubbing, tree removal, excavation of swales, earthwork, pipe culverts, riprap channel stabilization, erosion control, and revegetation.

A 5% Bid Bond is required. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required of the successful Bidder.
