The Town of Vail is seeking a qualified contractor to perform site improvements in the area of the 10th Mountain Division statue, located in Vail Village near the Covered Bridge.
The work for this project is to install a 625 square foot stone patio area and associated site work. The project generally requires removal of existing flagstone, installation of a concrete slab, installation of natural stone paving, boulders, minor electrical work, removal of a large fir tree, and landscape improvements including planting and irrigation.
