Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 122FH023, issued June 3, 2022, was seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Public Transportation Contracted Services – Access-a-Ride Paratransit and FlexRide Services. For this Contract, RTD has specified a DBE goal of five percent (5%) for the work to be performed. Proposals were only accepted electronically via email by Contracting and Procurement, RTD, ron.bibeau@rtd-denver.com until 2 p.m. prevailing local time on August 10, 2022. No paper proposals were accepted. Four proposals were received: First Transit, Inc., MV Transportation, Inc., Transdev, Inc., Via Mobility Services. Award recommended to Transdev and VIA pending full execution of the Contract and approval by the Board of Directors in January 2023.
