Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. 322DH040, issued September 16, 2022, was seeking bids from qualified firms to provide 20th Street and Chestnut Place Intersection Improvements. For this Contract, RTD has specified a SBE goal of twenty-two percent (22%) for the work to be performed. No paper bids were accepted. Three bids were received: TechCon Infrastructure, LLC (TCI) - $1,137,314.48, GoodLand Construction, Inc. - $1,298,870.00, Krische Construction, Inc. (KCI) - $2,063,240.86.
Award recommended to TechCon Infrastructure LLC (TCI) in the amount not to exceed $1,137,314.48 pending approval and full execution of the Contract.
