Perma-Patch is a unique type of paving material developed to fulfill a need to rapidly, safely, and permanenently repair potholes, utility cuts, TV or fiber optic cable slots, and parking area problems in all types of weather.
Perma-Patch is poured, ready to use, directly from its specially constructed bag. There is no mixing or preperation of the material involved. The product is as easy to work with in temperatures below 0 (-18 c) as it is in 100 F (38 c).
