This posting clarifies the proposal receipt date and time as being 26 May 2023 at 1200 pm MST, as well as the method to submit proposals as being via Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). IAW Section L of the CSAR RFP, all Offeror proposals must be submitted via email to SSC/PKL no later than 12:00 pm Mountain Standard Time (MST), 26 May 2023. The Offeror shall provide copies of the proposal by PIEE. The Offeror shall also submit a complete proposal package via PIEE (using the “Solicitation” application) and use PIEE for time-sensitive contract submissions and related documentation. The website for guidelines for use of PIEE is https://piee.eb.mil. Select the “Get Started – Vendors” option at the bottom of the webpage for information on establishing an account capable of submitting the proposal. The Offeror’s proposal submission will be considered complete when all volumes are received. Furthermore, mail 2 hard copies and DVDs to PKL.

Additionally, 8 pt font for graphics is acceptable.
