This document serves as notification of an upcoming solicitation for Commercial Driver’s License Training. This is a services contract to provide Department of Transportation (DOT) compliant CDL Class A training, DOT physicals/screenings, and materials for up to 25 Soldiers a year within the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne). All training will be conducted at the vendor’s facility with the vendor’s equipment. CDL Class A is any combination of vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 26,001 or more pounds and provided the GVWR of the vehicles/trailer(s) being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement to inform potential offerors intent to publicize a Request for Quote (RFQ) for CDL Training. The solicitation will be posted on or about 23 February 2023.The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror(s) for any cost. This will be awarded as a 100% small business set- aside. The Government intends to issue a solicitation on or about February 24, 2023. This solicitation, as well as any amendments, will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and FAR 5.102.

•Period of Performance: The period of performance including all options is for one (1) Base Year of 12

months and four (4) 12-month option years.
