Amendment 36C25923Q0580 0001 is to notify all potential offerors of the Questions and Answers

Question: Section 2.3 Requirements - This section indicates that "the contractor shall provide documentation to the Point of Contact (POC) satisfactory completion of all inspections within 5 business days of inspection." Does this mean reports must be submitted within 5 business days, or is there another type of satisfactory documentation?
Answer: 5 days with discrepancies, 20 days without issues
Question: Section 3.0 Inspections - This section states: "The Contractor shall execute all inspections with the assistance of an accompanying third-party elevator service and maintenance contractor". Can you confirm if this bid requires only third-party witnessing services, or if it requires elevator testing?
Answer: Witness only
Question: Section 4.0 Contract Submittals - Do the SSSP and PPE need to be submitted before or after award?
Answer: Before the Award to be qualified
Question: Section (g) - It is stated that the technical proposal shall "describe the means and methods of successfully performing all work detailed in the SOW", however, there is no detailed SOW provided, besides that provided in section "2.0 General" on page 5. Will a more detailed SOW be provided before the submission due date?
Answer: No, please follow industry standards as detailed in the SOW.
