The Colorado Military Health System (CMHS) requires contractor support to provide non-personal courier services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) (RFQ Attachment 1). The requirement includes daily courier service Monday through Friday from 0700 to 1700 excluding federal holidays to accomplish the transportation of laboratory diagnostic specimens and supplies, pharmaceutical medication refills and supplies, dental supplies, and medical/dental documentation and supplies when required from and to the following Military Treatment Facilities/distribution centers in the CMHS: United States Air Force Academy (USAFA), Fort Carson, Peterson Space Force Base (SFB), Schriever SFB, and Buckley SFB. The required stops are identified in the PWS. The contractor must provide all personnel and vehicles; the government will provide the transfer totes for transporting laboratory diagnostic specimens and medication refills.
QUESTIONS: Questions are due no later than 3:00 pm (Pacific) on 21 February 2024. Please submit questions using the Question Submission Form (excel spreadsheet) attached to this notice. Use of this form will reduce the amount of time it takes the Government to respond to questions. The Government will respond to all timely questions via amendment(s) posted to SAM.gov.
