Solicitation number NB686010-23-02766 is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) conducted under the authority of FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Background:

The National Institute of Standards and Technology's (NIST) Sources and Detectors group measures the output power of high-power lasers. This requires the operation of large continuous wave lasers. To support a specific laser, we require a laser chiller to circulate water within the laser to keep it from overheating.
