1. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. The Government provided information is not binding and subject to change.
2. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote/Proposal, Invitation for Bid, or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. The Air Force has not made a commitment to procure any of the items/services discussed, and release of this RFI should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. A response to this RFI is not required and does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if any is issued. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
3. The purpose of this RFI is for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division (AFLCMC/HNC) to gather information regarding the new manufacture of an L-Band Distributive Matrix System.
4. Distribution of the RFI document is limited to United States Department of Defense (DoD) contractors only and will be delivered to the requestor upon approval. To request a copy of the RFI document, complete and sign the attached Air Force Documentation Use and Nondisclosure Agreement, then submit the Agreement to Contracting Officer, Tina Vinson, by email at tina.vinson@us.af.mil or via the DoD Secure Access File Exchange (SAFE) (https://safe.apps.mil).
5. DUE DATE: Responses to the RFI are due by 8:00 AM CST on 17 January 2024 and should be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer via the methods identified above.
