AMENDMENT NO. 001 is attached. The offer due date for this solicitation has been changed to November 20th, 2023 at 5pm MT
SITE VISIT: A one time site visit will be offered on Thursday, November 2nd, at 10am MT. If interested in attending, vendors must send the following information to Shannon.Poindexter@faa.gov, no later than Tuesday, October 31st: First & Last Name, DOB, Drivers License #, and Drivers License State, for EACH individual that will be in attendance. The ATCT is located on the Colorado Springs Peterson AFB and this information is necessary for all visitors to gain access to the base. On the day of the site visits all attendees must bring with them a valid, non-expired Government issued ID.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), has a new construction effort for the repair of the damaged plumbing system caused by water leaks at the Colorado Springs, CO, Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT).
This project is 100% set-aside for small businesses. Estimated size range is $40,000 - $90,000
The Request for Proposal (RFP), DOL Wage Determination, and Past Experience Form are attached to this announcement in pdf format.
All questions regarding this effort must be submitted in writing to Angela.Layman@faa.gov by Tuesday, November 7th.
NOTE TO OFFERORS: All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to SAM.gov. A solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Faxed offers will not be accepted. Thoroughly review Sections L and M for all proposal submission requirements.
