The Contractor shall provide portable latrines and services listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached to this solicitation. This includes, Monthly Services (Long Term), Monthly Services (Short Term), Weekly Services, Daily Services, Emergency Services, Handicap Accessible Services, meet Cleaning Requirements, Delivery and Pick-up, Relocations, Securing portable latrines, Off-Post Disposal, and Inspections.
