Additional Requirements:
• Occupancy must be located in contiguous space within a modern office building.
• Offered space must be efficient and not present significant design constraints, such as irregular shape of demised space, large columns, narrow core to building façade, column spacing less than 20’ on center, etc.
• The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 3 and other security requirements determined by GSA.
• GSA will require magnetometers and x- ray at space public entrances and will provide armed guard at space public entrance.
• Offered space must be within ¼ walkable mile of public transportation.
• Offered space must have access to a loading dock and freight elevator.
• Offered space must be contiguous in a multiple floor solution (contiguous secure vertical circulation office space).
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 500-Year floodplain).
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ).
