This post serves as notification of an upcoming solicitation for Role Players. IT IS NOT A SOLICITATION/ REQUEST FOR QUOTE. This is a Synopsis of a non-personal service of 47 Role Players for 4th Security Force Assistance Brigade’s Force Package Mission Readiness Exercise (MRX) on Fort Carson, Colorado. The period performance is 15 – 21 July 2023. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non­personal services necessary to perform 4SFAB's deployment readiness MRX as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Secret clearances are NOT required for this contract.

The area of performance will be on Fort Carson, Colorado- no virtual training is authorized. Contractors MUST perform this service in person.

Additionally, please keep the following points in mind:

1. Role players must be on site and have any and all products prior to arrival ready to conduct training.

2. The contractor shall ensure that role players will arrive to the greater Fort Carson / Colorado Springs area NLT 2400 (midnight) the day prior to training to ensure personnel are available and prepared by 0800 on the first day of training.

3. The contractor shall furnish all supplies and equipment required to perform work under this contract.

4. Total compliance with the specifications detailed in the PWS

The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The requirement is set aside 100% for total small business. The small business size standard for this acquisition is $16.5 Million, NAICS Code: 611699. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov to be considered for contract award. This pre-solicitation notice will close at 12:00 AM MST on 9 June 2023. A solicitation will ensue following this closing date. The resulting award will be made without discussions; however, that does not prevent the Contracting Officer from holding discussions if it is in the best interest of the government. All quotes must reference and acknowledge all amendments posted to the forthcoming solicitation, if applicable.
