BLM-CO Custom Visitor Contact Desk

The BLM-CO Canyon of the Ancients National Monument is in need of (1) Custom Visitor Contact Desk. Please see 'Attachment 1 Specifications for more details. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12.6 - Streamlined Acquisition for Commercial items.

Basic Contracting Requirements:
1. Active Registration www.sam.gov
2. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov - 30 day prompt pay after delivery
3. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Item
4. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures
5. Total Small Business (ISBEE) Set-Aside for NAICS - 337211 - Size Standard 1,000 employees
6. Award Basis - Low Price Technically Acceptable and price related factors

Minimum Requirements for a responsive bid:
1. Signed SF-1449 with all your info and price filled out.
2. Technical response including a concept drawing and enough info to determine your skills, experience, resources and plan will produce an acceptable product. Please include three contactable references who can attest to your responsibility on performing previous projects of similar size and scope.
3. Email the above items to the POC no later than the closing date.
