Team E-Boulder has a requirement to clean and maintain the Anderson Irrigation Ditch at the NIST Boulder, CO site.

The proposed acquisition is planned for a commercial service, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The proposed acquisition includes a base plus four one-year option periods. The acquisition will be performed in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The anticipated period of performance for the base year is January 18, 2023 through January 17, 2024.

This acquisition is being conducted as a competitive small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the proposed acquisition is 561730, Landscaping Services, and the small business size standard is $8.5 million.

The planned procurement will result in a single award as a result of this Request for Quote.
