A site visit will be held at USAFA on Monday, 5 June 2023. Due to timeline restrictions, this will be the only site visit held for this solicitation. Details are as follows:

Vendors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.

A site visit will be held on Monday, 5 June 2023 at 1:00 PM mountain time. Interested vendors shall email Ms. Meredith Johnson at meredith.a.johnson24.civ@health.mil and Ms. Rose Schultz at rose.m.schultz8.civ@health.mil no later than Monday, 5 June 2023 at 9:00 AM mountain time to RSVP for the site visit. Location for the site visit is the 10th Medical Group located at 4102 Pinion Dr BLDG 4102, Air Force Academy, CO 80840.

A valid driver’s license and insurance are required for entry into USAFA. Attendance is limited to no more than two personnel per company.
