The objective of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify interested parties that are responsible, qualified and capable of meeting the project objectives. The project objective is to provide support for the Federal Data Commons and the US LCI Database in the development and curation of life cycle inventory data and tools that are needed to facilitate the implementation of the Buy Clean Act requirements.
