Description
BLM-CO MOLAS FENCE SUPPLIES

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for quotes to supply, deliver and unload fencing materials needed to construct buck and rail and worm fencing to protect sensitive wetlands near Molas Pass.

LOCATION OF PROJECT: The delivery location is approximately 4 miles south of Silverton along BLM road 83 in the Molas Pass area. BLM road 83 is accessed off Highway 550 on the north side of the road (Township 41N - Range 7W, Sec. 31). See Map 1.

CONTRACT PERIOD: The materials must be delivered between September 5 and September 11, 2023. The area is popular for camping and BLM would like to minimize the risk that these materials will be disturbed by the public. The BLM has scheduled a Conservation Corps crew to begin work on this project on September 12, 2023.

Basic Contracting Requirements:

6. Type of Contract - Firm Fixed Price
7. Basis of Award - Low Price Technically Acceptable

Minimum Requirements for Responsive Quote

1. Signed SF18 with all prices filled in.
2. Technical Response detailing the supplies, specifications, when and how you will deliver.
3. Email Items 1 and 2 to the POC no later than the solicitation response date.
