This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. If submitting a quote, complete blocks 17a, 30a-30c, Section B, and all highlighted fields in the entire solicitation. Note - in Section E Pages 15-16 the Evaluation Factors. Return the entire completed solicitation, with the documentation that addresses that the product your company provides can meet the minimum specifications listed in Section B of this solicitation. Include a specification sheet/brochure of the product used in the quote, and a letter from the proposed facility that will be honoring the warranty/service requirement is required with the solicitation response.
