United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) anticipates a requirement for a non-personal services of one part-time assistant Men's Football coaching services at the USAFA Preparatory School. Required services consist of demonstrating practice drills, leading skill-development workouts, assisting with stretching and fundamental work, assisting with teaching team offensive and defensive concepts, assisting with teaching game situations, teaching strength training movements, assisting with pre-game activities, in-game coaching, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform assistant football coach duties as defined in the PWS (attached).
Market research is being conducted to determine interest, capability, and socio-economic category of potential sources for the requirement. The Government requests interested parties submit a brief description of their company's business size (i.e. annual revenues and employee size), business status (i.e., 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, woman-owned small business, veteran-owned small business, or small business) anticipated teaming arrangements. The vendor shall provide a resume showing football coaching experience for technical capabilities and provide past performance references.
