The Bureau of Land Management, Little Snake Field Office, Craig Colorado, has a requirement for a contractor to seed the area burned by the Border Fire.
The contractor will evenly distribute approximately 13,600 lbs of Government provided seed at the rates specified in the Statement of Work (SOW) to an estimated 1,195 acres using contractor furnished equipment, supplies, and materials except for specified Government furnished property to seed designated areas as stated in the Detailed Specifications of the SOW. Work under this contract is in Mesa County, Colorado and Grand County, Utah. This will be a BLM awarded contract that may use aircraft as a means of delivering a service or product. Aircraft used are not "Public Aircraft" and are not under the operational control of the BLM or subject to compliance with BLM Aviation Program policy and direction.

This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The NAICS associated with this solicitation is 115310 Support Activities for Forestry, which has a small business size standard of $19M.
Award decision will be based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. See provision FAR 52.212-2 `Evaluation - Commercial Items' for information about how quotes will be evaluated.
Quotes shall be submitted via email to lstjohn@blm.gov by no later than Thursday February 8, 2024 at 4:00 pm MST. All quotes received will be acknowledged by a return email. Please be sure to include the RFQ number (140L3724Q0022) in the subject line so that your quote is properly identified. Due to system limitations submissions through sam.gov or FBMS/PRISM will not be accepted.
Offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (sam.gov) as of the closing date and time of this solicitation. Include your UEI (Unique Entity Identifier) number with your quote so that we can verify your SAM registration status. The UEI is a 12-character alphanumeric ID assigned to an entity by SAM.gov. There is no cost to register in SAM or to receive a UEI.
