PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED.



The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to Office Outfitter & Planners, Inc to purchase multiple SteelCase workstations that are required to match existing systems presently installed. This requirement is for the Denver Field Office. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted no later than 10am EST on Friday 07/21/2023 to the Contracting Officer Katelyn Haus by email, krhaus@fbi.gov. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date and time. Sole Source Justification is available upon request.
