General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Additional Requirements:




  • Space shall not be collocated in buildings or areas that handle, store, or ship hazardous materials (HAZMAT).

  • Canine service dogs allowed in the facility.

  • 2,000-3,000 USF of warehouse storage.

  • EV charging stations for Government vehicles.

  • Visitor parking for local hiring events.



Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).



Land submissions requiring construction must provide the following information in the expression of interest for further consideration:




  1. Ownership or site control.

  2. Schedule that reasonably demonstrates occupancy by August 2026.
