BLM-CO HEAVY DUTY SKID STEER TRAILER - Amend 1

The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions. See Attachment 2.
This is a combined synopsis / solicitation in accordance with FAR 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services for a Heavy Duty Skid Steer Trailer in accordance with 'Attachment 1- BLM-CO SKID STEER TRAILER SPECIFICATIONS.'

HEAVY DUTY SKID STEER TRAILER SPECIFICATIONS:

*Bumper Pull
*16K - 20K GVWR
*20 - 22 Feet long
*Flat deck
*Tandem Axle
*Axle Brakes
*Heavy duty wheels and tires
*Stake pockets with rub rail
*Heavy gauge fenders
*10k - 15k Drop foot jack
*A toolbox with a lockable lid
*Flip up ramps with spring assist
*Spare tire and holder

Basic Contracting Requirements:
1. Active Registration - www.sam.gov
2. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov - 30 day after delivery
3. FAR Part 12 - Commercial Item
4. FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures
5. Total Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 336212
6. Basis of Award: Best Value with Trade-offs based upon features, warranty, delivery, and delivery time. When combined, those are approximately equal to price. Low price may not be the determining factor.
7. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price

Minimum Requirements for Responsive Quote:
1. Filled out, priced and signed SF1449
2. Technical Response showing how your offer meets or exceeds all specifications
